Tips for use

Spread the sushi rice (already cooked and with vinegar added) onto the nori leaf. Decorate as desired (cucumber, avocado, salmon, etc.) then roll with the assistance of a bamboo mat. Let your imagination run wild to come up with sushi and maki recipes: salmon, prawns, tuna, avocado, cucumber, black radish… Then season to taste with soya sauce or wasabi. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
