Malted yeast flakes

Malted yeast is obtained from yeast (strain: Saccharomyces cerevisiae) and barley malt. The yeast is cultivated on a medium based on beet molasses. The addition of malt gives a delicately sweet flavour to the yeast.
Ingredients
Malted yeast contains the Saccharomyces cerevisiae culture, enriched with 7% malt (gluten)
Tips for use
Sprinkle some malted yeast on your salads, crudités, yoghurt, soup and sauces to make the most of its flavour and nutritional benefits. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
