Type 55 flour is particularly fluid and fine in texture. It’s ideal for patisserie, cakes and sweet pastries, and is perfectly-suited to white bread recipes. It can also be used for pie crusts and pizza dough, and for sauces such as béchamel. This flour is easy to work with and brings a light, lump-free texture to your mixtures.
