Originally from Sicily, Caserecce have a slightly curled shape that allows the sauces to cling well. Thanks to the bronze mould, their surface is rough, so the flavours are better absorbed. Slow drying at low temperature preserves the nutritional qualities and flavour of the wheat. Perfect with pesto, vegetable sauces or meat stews, they will enhance all your Mediterranean dishes.

Tips for use

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water for 6 minutes. Drain and season to taste.
