Popcorn is a food produced by high heating corn grains. There is only one variety of corn that can produce popcorn : corn grains has smaller seeds than common corn and a much stronger shell.

Tips for use

Place a lightly-oiled pan over a high heat for one minute. Pour in a small amount of the popcorn kernels, just enough to create a single layer in the pan (i.e. no kernel on top of another). Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Once the first kernels start to pop, reduce the heat then turn off entirely. The kernels should continue to pop. Popcorn can be consumed either sweet or salty, according to your tastes. You can cover it in honey, chocolate, caramel, sprinkle it with sugar or salt, etc… Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
