Fine textured vegetable protein is perfect for replacing minced meat in numerous dishes, including shepherd's pie, lasagne, stuffed vegetables, Bolognese sauce, veggie burgers… The choice is yours! Rehydrate 20g of textured vegetable protein per person with 2 to 3 volumes of hot water for 10 min. Add them to your recipe. Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
