Tips for use
In a recipe, mix 1 to 2 teaspoons of psyllium in warm water, leave to stand for 10 minutes to obtain a gel, then stir in. As a thickener, add directly to your preparation and adjust according to the desired texture. As a routine, start with 1 teaspoon for 2-3 days, then adjust up to 3 teaspoons, 3 times a day as required. Take with meals. Dilute each teaspoon in at least 100ml of water, stir and drink immediately. It is important to drink enough water.
