Tips for use

Fine durum wheat semolina will be ideal for making semolina cakes, dumplings, gnocchi, pasta etc. In a saucepan pour a volume of semolina for three volumes of water. Mix the preparation until homogeneous. Cook over medium heat while stirring with a whisk. Remove from heat when desired texture is obtained. The cooking time varies depending on the amount of semolina prepared and the desired texture. Season to taste. Store in a cool, dry and dark place.
