Tips for use

Allow for a litre of milk 100 g of tapioca. However you can adjust the amount of tapioca according to the desired consistency. Ideal for thickening or binding sauces, soups. Also appreciated in sweet recipes, to bring lightness and softness (pastries, entremets, dessert creams ...) Keep in a cool, dry and dark place.
