Preparation
Step 1In a blender mix all the nuts, add the bananas and spices. Mix again.
Step 2Gradually add the water to obtain a compact and sticky dough.
Step 3Remove a little of the dough with a wooden spoon. Form the balls and roll them in coconut or chia seeds.
Step 4Leave to chill in the fridge before serving.

Energy balls can be kept for 1 week in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
Rich in dried fruit, energy balls are ideal before physical activity or during (hiking for example).
