Preparation
Step 1In a first mixing bowl, add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, mixing between each ingredient.
Step 2In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork and gently add the rice milk. Mix.
Step 3Prepare the chia egg by mixing 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes until a slightly sticky consistency is obtained. Add the chia egg to the banana mixture and mix vigorously.
Step 4Stir the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and mix.
Step 5Add the pieces of kiwi and mix.
Step 6In a hot frying pan, pour a little batter to form the pancakes. Flip them over when bubbles form.
