Vegan kiwi pancakes, new recipe with spelt flour!

Preparation

Step 1

In a first mixing bowl, add the flour, cinnamon and baking powder, mixing between each ingredient.

Step 2

In another bowl, mash the banana with a fork and gently add the rice milk. Mix.

Step 3

Prepare the chia egg by mixing 1 tablespoon of chia seeds with 3 tablespoons of water. Leave to stand for 10 minutes until a slightly sticky consistency is obtained. Add the chia egg to the banana mixture and mix vigorously.

Step 4

Stir the banana mixture into the dry ingredients and mix.

Step 5

Add the pieces of kiwi and mix.

Step 6

In a hot frying pan, pour a little batter to form the pancakes. Flip them over when bubbles form.
